What is my cultural background?
-I am half German and Norwegian.
What family traditions regarding play have been passed down? -My entire family enjoys participating in sports, especially volleyball and basketball. My dad is into both basketball and golf, which has been passed down to myself and siblings.
What family Christmas traditions have been passed down from one generation to the next?
-My family always decorates the entire house, pick out a real Christmas tree together, and bake many goodies together.
What family traditions have been about the high school years…....
-I did not attend the same school as my parents, however, my dad did attend a school that was very close to the school I attended. I went to high school in a very small town and everyone knew nearly everyone.
What family traditions have been passed down from one generation to the next in the are of marriage and family?
-My family has all married someone of opposite gender, we all take marriage relationships very seriously, no one in my family has gotten a divorce.
What other unique family traditions have been passed down?
-My dad's parents purchased a cabin in the Black Hills and it is being passed down through the generations. I hope to someday own it myself!
